Spider Monkeys always seemed hyperactive to me. They just seem to always have a ton of energy and go a mile a minute.

An overweight Spider Monkey was found in East Ridge, Tennessee. Check out the video. This is one chunky monkey.

A Spider Monkey or macaque (video says spider, article says macaque) escaped from his captors in Spokane, WA and bit 3 people before being caught by animal control. This is why as the FAQ says, monkeys should not be kept as pets. They don’t like living with people who don’t understand them.
