Investigations by the BUAV and European Coalition to End Animal Experimentation have discovered that 10-thousand monkeys were exported from Cambodia last year.

Tarsiers are critically endangered and could be come extinct in the very near future if their habitat (mainly in Indonesia) isn’t protected. These guys are as small as a human fist.

137-pound orangutan Karta at the Adelaide Zoo, Australia managed to short an electric fence and scale a concrete wall but decided to return back into the enclosure rather than escape. The zoo keepers were prepared to tranquilize if needed.
